HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

3. Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalised your order. Please confirm your mailing address.
4. Pay with PayPal or Credit/Debit(MasterCard/Visa) cards and that's it, you’re done!

With regards to payments, we currently accept payments via PayPal or Credit/Debit(MasterCard/Visa) cards! All transactions go through merchant accounts (PayPal Express Checkout or Shopify Payments by Strip). We do not have access to any of your credit card information what so ever.
WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE 3-5 WEEKS, CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
Depending on your country, shipping may take anytime from 3-5 weeks. However, we prefer to give a range of 15-25 business days (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) in case of unexpected delays. Please note that packages to South Africa, South America and Middle Eastern countries tend to take longer as well, about a month or a little longer than orders going to the US, Canada or UK.
Most packages are shipped from HK/China or Singapore via ePacket when avalible or China Post International other wise.
Some packages are shipped from the United States using USPS and will be specified. Please allow 7-12 days for your package to arrive if you live in the United States, and 3-5 weeks if you live outside of the United States.
All orders will receive a shipping conformation email with your tracking number once they are shipped.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
For each order, items will usually be shipped within 4-6 working days. Usually it takes less, but we just want to be safe. We highly recommend creating an account with us so you can keep track of your order's movements. Also, do note that sometimes during spikes or surges in order volume, processing times may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days. To keep it simple, think of your order processing time as about 1 week, and you won't be disappointed.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW DO I TRACK IT?
All shipped orders can be tracked at : www.17track.net with the tracking number provided when your item has been sent. If you’ve just been sent the number, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the postal system to reflect the status. Do understand that because our port of departure deals with consistently high volumes of traffic in terms of out-going packages, there may sometimes be a delay in your tracking number being updated in the system. However, please rest assured that once you are issued a tracking number, it means that our shipper has already collected the package and prepared it for shipping.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $15USD shipping charge if the address has to be changed once the order ships. The delivery process will also be delayed in this case as the item will be redelivered back to us before being re-sent, depending on circumstances.
Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $15 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.
